  11. Seeing as though we are talking about traffic rules, let me talk about the
  12. rules as applies to us in San Antonio.

  14. 1. Yellow means "Punch It!"
  15. 2. Red means "Go ahead if there are no cars coming"
  16. 3. Green means "Wait until joker running red light goes in front of you"
  17.  
  18. 4. The speed limit is always 20mph over the posted limit.
  19.  
  20. 5. If someone is stopped in front of you when the light turns green,
  21.    "Honk the horn -- LOUD"
  22.  
  23. 6. If you see a cop on a bike, accelerate so he can't possibly catch you.
  24.  
  25. 7. And most of all, don't use turn signals at all. We use them for aiming
  26.    our cars.
