  15. Does anyone have or know where to obtain an efficient routine to
  16. calculate the Singular Value Decomposition of a real matrix. The
  17. code would preferably be in C/C++ but Fortran is fine. 
  18. Is there any free library routines available to do this available by
  19. ftp?
