  38. last year in our freshman dorm we had access to firecrackers.  they became
  39. pretty useful...since most people go to bed by 12p-2a in our old dorm, we
  40. would wait till 3-4a, and set off fireworks in the window sill of the lucky
  41. victim.  i also recall a time where we set off a few, and then called the room
  42. in which the firecrackers were set off in....ie. we laid the firecrackers in
  43. the windows sill...let them xplode....and then pretended that we were the
  44. campus police investigating this firework stuff.....we said that the person
  45. would have to come down to the campus police and fill out forms, and all that
  46. other good stuff...well have fun
