  22. can't recall when and where) where more than one medical professional
  23. said that 5% is sufficient to "saturate" the senses.  The higher
  24. percentages were, in there opinions, a waste.

  38. True.  I think it's commendable that they attempted to use non-lethal
  39. force against an assailant wielding a deadly weapon.  It may not have
  40. changed the outcome in that particular case, but it might in some.
