  12.      First, I think the idea of the keyword is marginally good but we
  13.  do have to use the KISS priciple here.  Notice the "one word subject
  14.  descriptor located within the field of the Subject line".

  16.      As Martin David Frankel suggested, just a single word prefacing the
  17.  body of the Subject line, with:
  18.  
  19.     PISTOL
  20.     RIFLE  
  21.     RELOAD
  22.   and Other/Misc is anything without a specific Subject Keyword.  If you
  23.  use it, great; and if not, then there is no change from current operation
  24.  in this "Kinder, gentler newsgroup".

  26.      OK, now to the real reason (Ha!) for this post.

  28.      I am thinking of getting a new toy/goodie/shiny doodad. (Awk!  Mike
  29.  sees new shiny thing.  Awk!  Mike wants new shiny thing.  Said in a 
  30.  'parrot' kind of voice.)  The lastest trinket to catch my eye (Ouch!  I
  31.  hate getting my eye caught on the edge of a gun) is a Colt Double Eagle
  32.  full sized in 10mm.  Why?  I don't have a 10mm handgun yet :-}

  34.      So, does _anybody_ out there have a Colt Double Eagle?  Anybody?

  43.  .. What sights do you have?  (Fixed 3-dot combat or Colt adjustable rear sight)

  50.  .. I handled a full-sized .45 acp.  There is just the decocker, right?  No
  51.      magazine disconnect safety (yippie) and no external safety, but are
  52.      there any internal trigger/hammer safeties?
