  15. I'm planning on building a light table this winter to start my seeds indoors
  16. before transplanting them in the spring.

  18. Could someone tell me the approximate cost in increased electric bills for
  19. running a light table (say the size of a card table) per month.

  21. I realize that this depends on the wattage of my lights and how long per day
  22. the lights are on, but I'm not even sure what would be a good level for these. 
  23. If you have some thoughts on this too, I'd appreciate it.  Please post
