- hi,
-
- i'm sure this question had been asked a zillion times, but i'm not a regualr
- reader of this group. and i do not have enough memory installed in my brain.
-
- can anyone shed me some lights regarding Super NES/Super Famicom, are they
- compatable? i was told you can plug US carts into Japaness systems, but not
- vice-versa. is it true? since old NES/Famicom are totally different, so i kind
- of wonder the correctness of the above statement.
-
- and how about Sega/Mega Drive? they look "almost" identical from outside
- appreance. did Sega do something like lock chip, pin swapping, whatever, to
- seperate japaness/us game cart markets?
-
- thanks for any info!!
