- I would suggest the program that I use. Deluxe Paint II+ It is quite simple
- to use, and the interface is quite easy to use. It doesn't have a scan
- function or anything like that, but can use several VGA modes. You can convert
- from 680by 400 easily if you simply grab what you want in the frame and then
- resize the page. Coloring Grey scale images are quite simple as well. Set
- up a normal gradient of color and then set the stencil to cover the area you
- want with the particular grey. 16 color grey is definately ENOUGH greys!
- You will definately have to still touch up the images, but it does work. If
- you have any additional questions, let me know and I will try and help. I have
- been experimenting quite a bit with different scanners (flat bed and logitech
- hand held) Perhaps I can add more details if I knew more specifics.
