- Well, I did manage to come up with linear formulas (with a few special
- cases) for the IS points based on tonnage. I graphed the engine rating
- vs. tonnage function, and the curve looks very familiar, but I haven't
- been able to fit it quite right yet. Note that a few (<10) special
- cases where a formula is off by 1/2 ton or so is ok, as I can easily
- accomodate them. Any curve fitting mavens out there? :)
