- Actually, no. Well, kinda. I have both, and the 3rd edition rules
- include changes to rules from the compendium, but does not include all the
- fancy stuff (endo-steel, ferro,MASC, CLAN, I'm not even sure they have pulse!)
- It is pretty much just 3025 technology. I got it mainly for the plastic mini's
- which I was dissapointed in, but, hey, they still work...
