  25. Actually, no.  Well, kinda.  I have both, and the 3rd edition rules
  26. include changes to rules from the compendium, but does not include all the
  27. fancy stuff (endo-steel, ferro,MASC, CLAN, I'm not even sure they have pulse!)
  28. It is pretty much just 3025 technology.  I got it mainly for the plastic mini's
  29. which I was dissapointed in, but, hey, they still work...
