  33. Well, I tried it in wizard mode. The amulet did indeed polymorph. When
  34. the wizard reincarnated himself, he was carrying a new Amulet of Yendor,
  35. but it proved to be a cheap plastic imitaion! There was no real Amulet.
  36. So I assume if you polymorph the amulet, you can't win the game.

  38. As an aside, have any of you mass polypilers out there ever polymorphed
  39. an amulet into a cheap plastic imitation of the Amulet of Yendor.
  40. Possible?
