- Well, I tried it in wizard mode. The amulet did indeed polymorph. When
- the wizard reincarnated himself, he was carrying a new Amulet of Yendor,
- but it proved to be a cheap plastic imitaion! There was no real Amulet.
- So I assume if you polymorph the amulet, you can't win the game.

- As an aside, have any of you mass polypilers out there ever polymorphed
- an amulet into a cheap plastic imitation of the Amulet of Yendor.
- Possible?
