  13. there, concerning a possible violation of the licensing agreement.  i just
  14. found a place called "Toy Liquidators" in Castle Rock, CO was selling an
  15. old version of nethack called "NETHACK".  they show a 1988 copyright.  it 
  16. turns out that Richard M. Stallman also has a 1988 copyright on this program,
  17. as well as 1989 and 1990 copyrights by M. Stephenson (both under general 
  18. public licenses).  the company involved in this capitalistic activity is 
  19. (or was, should it maybe have gone out of business):  PC-SIG, 1030D East
  20. Duane, Ave, Sunnyvale, CA  94086
