- I don't think the problem is that the nethack characters don't
- know how to swim, but more that they are weighed down by a shield,
- probably armor, a constricting cloak, gold and gems, etc. etc. And if
- they did go to swim, all their scrolls would get erased, eh?
- This is just my reaction, not a criticism. It's a fine idea
- but I don't think it would work out too well.
