- I am organizing a game between several people I know (But none of
- whom know each other) and am in need of 2 more players. (I do have 2
- others who are willing, but they know at least one other player
- registered for the game.
-
- This will be a variant on the regular game. I have never read
- anything in this area, or played a judge game, but here's what I have in
- mind for my home cooked rules: (briefly)
-
- 1. Blind - You can only see your units, homesupply centres, and
- areas one away from those sights.
-
- 2. Limited Communications - You may only communicate with your
- known neighbors. In fact, you may only communicate with those known
- neighbors on turns which you are someway in contact with them
-
- 3. Slow Communications - Rather than having spontaneous
- communications, all with go through me, the GM. When you send a
- communique, it will be received by the intended recipient with the
- results of that turn, hence you will not be able to receive a reply until
- after 2 turns have passed. (This is why its important that players do
- not know each other)
-
- 4. Spies - Spies have a possibility of intercepting foreign
- communiques. This probability will basically be realted to the distance
- the spying unit is from the line of communication.
-
- Possibly other homespun rules as I think of them.
-
-
- Turn around time will be approximately 2-3 weeks as most of the
- game will be done by snail mail.
-
-
- If you are interested in participating in this experiment, please
- drop a line my way, any questions too.
