- The curve for two dice (2dN) is a triangle, with one chance of rolling a 2,
- two chances of rolling a 3, on up to N chances of rolling N+1, and then
- down again. For 2d10, there are 100 combinations, so these chances equal
- the percentage chance of rolling that number (1% chance of getting a 2,
- etc.)
