- Since some advocate studying master vs amateur games (as
- opposed to master/master or amateur/amateur games), perhaps
- Morphy's would be good candidates for study? Many say
- that his games show someone crushing poor opponent play.

- On the subject of Morphy, I'd like to see his name brought
- up when the press bring up American world chess champions.
- Although Fischer may be the only "official" world chess
- champion from the U.S., I'd like to see Morphy mentioned
- as another world chess champion from the U.S. (and I think
- Fischer himself would agree with that)
