- In fact, there was an article on Jefferson himself in the early
- '80s, discussing his penchant for chess sets and showing a page
- or two from a tablet of chess notes that Jefferson had made. One
- of those discussions was on how to mate with K+R+B versus K+R.
- This discussion helped me to win a college championship a few
- years later, when I got a chance to employ that technique!
