- This is RHO's fault for not bidding in tempo. I normally ignore it
- until/unless RHO complains when I point this out. If RHO wants to change
- his bid, call the director and get a ruling. I'll say that again, DON'T
- guess what the law is, call the director and get a ruling. This can save
- a lot of grief.
- If you don't like RHO anyway, object to his too-fast bidding
- immediately. :-) I hope.
