- I'm not sure as to what the answer might be in the context of the rules, but
- historically, Civil War cavalry was closer to mounted infantry than the classic
- concept of cavalry. Since they usually fought dismounted anyway, I'd have no
- problem with a unit of cav turning into infantry in this case.
