  13. There sems to be a problem with the news to mail gateway at
  14. net.bio.net (which replaced the gateway at presto.ig.com), causing an
  15. extra copy of Usenet messages to be posted when passing through the
  16. gateway.  This only happens in the Usenet to BITNET direction.
