- I agree. From what I know of Nevada casion employment standards, the
- cashier might well have been forced to pay the difference, and/or lost
- his/her job.

- One of the cashiers at Garden City here in San Jose recently gave me
- $100 too much. I figured it out about 20 ft. away from the cage. When
- I went back and pointed out her mistake, we went through the identical
- procedure (they ran and checked it on the tape). Again, I got profuse thanks
- from both the cashier (she asked me to take the contents of her tip
- basket which I of course declined) and the cage manager. Unfortunately,
- they didn't offer me a free meal at Garden City (man, that prime rib woulda
- been *good*).
