- First off, I don't own the system -- I just get occasional letters from
- a friend who plays it. But from what I understand this is just hit-or-miss.
- I.e., you select a quadrant ("quintant" would be more correct but also
- more confusing) and play it for, ohh, 5 spins. If you don't win at least
- 3 of the 5 then go on to the next one. You'll quickly find which one works,
- and have the cover of losing a few while hunting. (There is also an algorithm
- for selecting a most-likely first guess, but it's not entirely reliable).

- My understanding is that it is more the dealer than the wheel.
- A good dealer can perform the roulette equivalent of "shuffling up" by
- suitable modifications to wheel speed and ball velocity. This can be done
- so subtly as to be imperceptible, except by noticing you are SUDDENLY LOSING.
- One Rio dealer alternately "shoves" the ball and "pinches" it, which kills
- CQX5M (unless the player accounts for it by running two concurrent matrices).
