- Well, as for the weight, perhaps you are just fit! Also, I have tall brothers
- who were quite skinny and lanky until their late 20's, when they got their
- adult huskiness and dense bone structure. Maybe you too are a late bloomer!
- As for portable food, I hate things that require fussy little containers, so
- I use pitas (which are hollow, and can be stuffed) wonderful and neat. You
- can stuff them with everything in sight, but I love the old traditional
- falafel patties (chickpea based) with lettuce, tomato, and tahini sauce.
- There is also a book called "The Vegetarian Lunchbasket".
