- Some time ago, last summer to be exact, I was busy trashing
- the 88 vintage from California. I now will correct myself.

- The 88'vintage has seemed to evolve from it's closed period
- last summer and is displaying the fruit I was so sure was gone.

- The wine I am speaking of are:
- Kistler estate,Mccrea,Durrel.
- ZD estate
- Ferrari Carrano Reserve (still aciduous) ;-)
- Chalone (slightly dirty)

- Conclusion: The more I know about wine, the less I think it is predictable.
