  11. I was flipping through my uncle's old drink book, and I noticed a bunch
  12. of drinks calling for Absinthe.  I've been told it's illegal here in
  13. the USA.  This piqued my curiosity.  What is it, why is it illegal,
  14. and is there a good substitute?  Enquiring minds want to know....
