- It depends on what kind of grind you want. If you want a medium or coarse
- grind, almost any hand grinder will work. But, if you want a fine grind,
- such as for espresso or Turkish coffee, you have to be more careful. For
- Turkish coffee, you could get the traditional brass hand grinder, which
- works very well, but is very slow and tiring to use. As to espresso,
- the best choice is probably an expensive electric grinder that is specially
- designed for that purpose. I was unhappy with the Braun and switched to
- the Olympia for espresso grinding.
