- It consists of two layers of mashed potatoes sandwiching a layer of
- cooked ground beef. Put in the oven for n minutes.

- My mother used to make this and the above procedure is from "analyzing"
- the cross-section of the pie. Since overseas long distance calls are so
- expensive, I would like to know if it is that simple. Do you add parmesan
- to the mashed potatoes? When? How long should I put it in the oven?
- At what temperature? (And what do you call your recipe :) ?)
