  17. Follow these directions to get the gifs from my FTP site.

  21. From your Unix prompt enter:
  22.  
  23. ftp commsun.its.csiro.au     <The IP address is:  152.83.8.2>
  24.  
  25. When you get the login prompt enter:
  26.  
  27. anonymous
  28.  
  29. When you are asked for a password enter your email address.
  30. You should then get a prompt that looks like this   ftp>
  31. Next, enter:
  32.  
  33. cd /staff/jen187
  34.  
  35. If you now enter the command  ls  you will see a number of
  36. gif files. To get them, enter the following commands:
  37.  
  38.  
  39.  binary
  40.  
  41. .. and then
  42.  
  43. get ozhorse1.gif
  44.  
  45. ( This will then (hopefully) start the transfer to your machine. )
  46.  
  47. .. and then
  48.  
  49. get ozhorse2.gif
  50.  
  51. .. and so on.

  53. To finish the session enter:

  55. quit  OR  bye
