  12. I'm Terri Lydiard and I'm 33. I'm from the North West of England
  13. (Chester) and moved to Linlithgow in Scotland when I married. I work
  14. for AI Applications Institute at Edinburgh University in a teaching
  15. and consultancy capacity.

  17. I have been riding for 5 or 6 years at a variety of stables around
  18. central Scotland and am totally addicted.  I had a wee break from
  19. riding last year as I was pregnant but got back into the saddle as
  20. soon as I could fit in my jodhpurs after Ruairidh (pronounced Rory)
  21. was born. I have been attending evening classes at Oatridge
  22. agricultural college for my British Horse Society Stage 1 exam which
  23. is next week. I don't know if I'll pass or not because I haven't got a
  24. tremendous amount of experience of being around and handling horses.
  25. Still doing the course has given me the opportunity to ride their
  26. horses which are infinately better than any other place I've been. I'm
  27. hoping to go back to cross-country jumping classes at Tower Farm in
  28. Edinburgh in the summer, weather and baby permitting. I did a couple
  29. of competitions there before baby and won a rosette or two.

  31. Husband Iain rides as well, Ruairidh has a rocking horse but at 6
  32. months old he is not making full use of it yet. We don't have horses
  33. ........yet. My short-term aims in life are to go cross-country riding
  34. in Ireland and to complete the trans-Scotland ride. I'm saving up for
  35. these!

  38. of you. I would post more often if only I had something to say....
