  25.     Upon rereading my cryptic comment I can see the confusion.
  26. Epidemiologists have argued that the midatlantic raccoon rabies
  27. epizootic originated upon interstate transfer of rabid raccoons,
  28. unintentionally of course, by hunting groups to populate hunting
  29. stocks.  The source of the rabid raccoons has been argued to be the
  30. southeastern epizootic -- that is in Florida, Georgia...
