  11. Has anybody out there used a Wintek saddle for trail riding?

  13. My old Blue Ribbon is coming apart, and I'm quite attracted to
  14. the Wintek saddle -- light, low maintenance, etc.  I have heard,
  15. however, that the Winteks are bad to make hot spots and that they're
  16. sometimes harmful to older horses' backs.

  18. I mainly do shorter (7-15) mile trail rides in moderately mountainous
  19. conditions on fairly well-developed trails.  Our main problem around
  20. here is stream crossings, which are generally quite rocky.
