- Wanted : Information on the new TREK OCLV Framesets
- From : Richard Pointer

-
- I'm thinking about purchasing one of the new TREK OCLV framesets. I
- can get a pretty good deal on one. I'd like to know if anyone has one and
- how they like it. I've been riding an SLX Merckx for the last 6 years and
- other steel frames before that, so I'm pretty comfortable with steel. I'm
- especially interested in the advantages and disadvantages that people
- have noticed between the different frames (composite vs. steel). Any
- comments would be appreciated, be it about the TREK or any other
- composite frameset.
- Also, if anyone has a copy of April, 1992 Bicycling Magazine with the
- article comparing the TREK with the Kestral, I would be very interested
- in getting hold of a copy.
-
- Thanks much.... Rich
