- I'm not a bike expert but if wd40 is like a product called CRC I
- sprayed a lock once to clean it and jammed it completely. The
- locksmith said that the CRC actually helped the grit to travel
- further into the mechanism, so perhaps this stuff could do more
- harm than good unless you actually wash the chain in it?
