  15. handlebars ?

  19. Worse still that unsolved mystery of the noise that won't go away !!

  21. Try oiling the stem clamp, check for rust on steel bars - especially under
  22. the stem clamp, better still ask around everyone has suffered at some time,
  23. maybe some one has the answer.  I would sure like to know !
