- I certainly was not faulting the NCCA staff at Colorado Springs. I have
- had nothing but help from Alida Ruiz and the staff there.

-
- People like me: club presidents and officers who are trying to recruit
- for their teams and for the sport. NCCA may be trying to promote the
- sport, but membership--both in NCCA and USCF--is a one-on-one issue
- between a local club and the potential rider. I need help recruiting
- these people. Many other organizations provide organizational litera-
- ture and I think that NCCA should do the same.
-
- I might point out that USCF already *has* a similar flyer for USCF,
- though very few people I know have seen it. I got a couple of dozen
- copies from our District Rep. and have used them to good effect.
- Unfortunately, it is geared to USCF racing, not collegiate, and it
- takes a good deal of explication to cover the differences in what the
- USCF pamphlet is selling and what we are selling. Heck, a variant of
- that brochure may be all we need.

- Printing NCCA brochures would take the time only of the Marketing Dept.
- at USCF. The returns from the brochures might tax the New Members Dept.
- though...
