  12. After 10 years of backpacking, I finally lost one of the
  13. poles from my Jansport Mountain Dome.  This raises two 
  14. issues:

  16. 1)  Does anybody have a spare section  of  a tent pole
  17.     that would be compatible with my missing section.

  20. 2)  My tent uses fibreglas poles which I find heavy and
  21.     somewhat more fragile than the aluminium poles.  Is
  22.     there any source for aluminium replacement poles
  23.     for tents?
