  19. My dad and my brother both have them, and neither have hit a deer yet! 
  20. They both live in a county where more than a thousand deer were hit 
  21. last year, but there are hundreds of thousands of cars so who knows 
  22. what the odds are.  I will let you know if either of them ever hits 
  23. a deer, since only a counter example will really answer your question.

  25. I can tell you that even the manufacturer does not claim that they 
  26. work at less than highway speeds.  They would be of no help in the 
  27. wooded neighborhoods around here where there are a lot of deer but 
  28. you are only traveling 30-35 mph.
