- I know its really bad but a good idea is to carry two day supply of instant
- in your first-aid kit.:) It is even possible to drink it cold.

- More seriously, I find my heaviest stuff is always food. I would usually
- rather start a little heavy with some good food rather than have to go
- on less than 3500 cal a day. (Although the three weeks in Jellystone on
- 2000 cal/day made for some serious weight loss.)
