  15. I spoke to a Gore-tex rep. about 2 months ago that told
  16. me that raw material (Gore-tex) was unavailable to the
  17. general public. The reason he game was that seams etc.
  18. had to be sealed by a proprietary method that they 
  19. wanted to control. Was this guy incorrect?
