- I don't know how informed I am about this, but while I was adding on my
- night rating (done seperately from the private) a pilot from England (I
- think) came by the flight school to take the exam for the Canadian radio
- licence. He said that he needed it for what ever he was doing in Canada.
- I guess his British one didn't count here. We don't get a large number
- of foreign pilots here on the 'Rock'(Newfoundland), and those that do come
- do so with their own planes. The test is rather Mickey Mouse here if you
- wanted to know and only costs $5-CANADIAN.
