  35. Amiga users may demand more responsiveness, but they're probably not going to
  36. get it.  A software 'hit' with an Amiga is one thing, but a software 'hit'
  37. on a PC can be very financially rewarding.

  39. I have seen graphics, sound AND multi-tasking on the PC platform to rival or
  40. exceed the Amiga's.  640x480 x 24 bit colour, 1024x768x256 colour on a $250
  41. graphics adapter, the ATI VGA Wonder XL24 with 1M fill the bill quite nicely
  42. for graphics.  Sound Blaster Pro rounds out the sound.  Multi-tasking is
  43. another thing though.  The company I work for has long had a real-time
  44. multi-tasking operating system for industrial control.  It's not for public
  45. use.  These are all doable on the PC.  The last is up to the O/S providers.

  47. I know of many former Amiga owners who sold their systems for PC's, myself
  48. being one of them.
