- If you asked me (and you did, right?) then NONE of the fixes are required.

- A contact approach is an IFR approach and it has none of the fixes, including
- the MAP.

- If you're talking about "real" approaches, then only the MAP is certain.
- There are plenty of "RADAR REQUIRED" ILS approaches with no IAF and,
- of course, an ILS has no FAF. They also don't have IFs.
