- I don't think that putting a different distributor in your car is the
- way to go. The Digifant computer adjusts the ignition timing
- electronically, and it has a knock sensor so it can reduce the
- ignition advance if the engine starts to ping. You need this with
- 10:1 compression and pump gas. There might be someone who sells a
- "performance chip" for your car with more aggressive ignition curves,
- just like a mechanically recurved distributor. Maybe Autothority or
- Neuspeed have one.
