  10. I have an 87 Vanagon with 95K miles; my water pump is squealing, not leaking yet.  The 
  11. pump was replaced at 45K miles ( when the cracked heads were replaced ! ). Is this
  12. the normal lifetime of the pump on a waterboxer, or am I just a lucky guy?

  14. My Bentley gives a concise 1 page picture series on replacing the pump; anyone out 
  15. there done this and have words of wisdom for me?
