  23. Yet another example were Europe has a better idea.  In the USA, you'll get
  24. a ticket if you try driving around with fog lights on and headlights off.
  25. Not much point in having/using fog lights when the headlights are on,
  26. because it's the headlights that prevent you from seeing in the fog.
