  15. Hi,
  16.     I have an urgent question about interconnects and speaker
  17.     cables for my new system...there seems to be too many different
  18. opinons about the wires.  My friend, whose system I've listened to
  19. before, recommended MIT interconnects and cables for my ARC system.
  20. But when I talked to the salesperson, he was totally against this and
  21. thought I should try wires with Litz, in this case, Hyperlitz design to
  22. complement the ARCs (He mentioned the wires inside ARC components are
  23. "twisted?")  So I opted for Kimber Kable Silver, but ultimately
  24. switched to Audioquest Lapis interconnects and Audioquest Clear speaker
  25. cables.  Does anyone have any experience with ARC components or these
  26. wires?  Is the Clear 6N copper?  My friend was distressed when I told
  27. him what I purchased; he insisted on MIT and Kimber interconnects and,
  28. I think,he agreed on the Audioquest Clear.  Incidently, we tried out
  29. the MIT's before with my ARCs and they sounded great...but I opted for
  30. Audioquest 'cuz the salesperson claimed MIT is great for solid-state
  31. equipment, but less desirable for hybrid designs.  I'm using ProAC
  32. Response speakers.  Any suggestions?  Please email as soon as possible,
