  21.   Unless the speakers were bought before Jan. 22, 1988 or they were bought 
  22.   used, Polk should replace the tweeter for free.  All Polks come with a 
  23.   five year warranty and that warranty should be honored at *any* authorized
  24.   Polk dealer.  I've received warranty service for my RTA 11t's at two 
  25.   different dealers without the benefit of having my receipt - and those
  26.   two dealers were located roughly 300 and 500 miles away from the shop
  27.   where I originally bought them.  If your friend is the original owner 
  28.   and they were bought after 1/22/88 he should still be eligible for
  29.   warranty service.
