- poorly damped woofer cones. The usual cause is turning up the
- volume to hear the pretty quiet portion of that track which
- immediately precedes them.

- As far as dynamic range, I'd say Telarc's Chiller and Time Warp
- are just as bad. Admittedly it was Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring
- on Bachbusters that melted the Apogee. I suggested to the
- salesman that the Apogee's were making strained noises, but he
- didn't believe me.
