  14. I have a question for those of you out there who 
  15. fancy discus.  I have a single German Turquoise 
  16. speciman (or so I was told when I purchased it -
  17. if it matters for my question, the pictures on 
  18. page 167 of TFH, November 1992 look almost
  19. identical to mine...).

  21. I'm curious as to how long it takes for one of
  22. these guys to achieve full size.  When I got 
  23. "Moses" about 3 months ago, he was maybe 3 inches,
  24. and now he's coming up on 4.  All of my references
  25. list 6 to 7 inches as full grown, which should be
  26. fine for my 20 gallon tank - I'm just curious
  27. when, as I have a few other fish in there now
  28. and it's going to get too crowded for my taste. 
  29. (I need an excuse to get a bigger tank, anyway.)

  31. Also out of curiousity, has anyone gotten their
  32. discus to eat TetraBits?  Maybe I'm too generous
  33. with the frozen food...
