  11.     My sister recently purchased two lamp bases from the early part of the 
  12. century and would like to find out more about the studio that made them.
  13.     On the bottom of both lamps it said "Oscar B Bach Studios-- New York"
  14. What she would like to know is:  Who was this guy?  When were they made? and if 
  15. they have any value
